Sync via file transfer
Export a JSON Backup on one device, transfer the file (email, Zalo, Drive, USB) to another device, then import it below. Records use stable IDs, so importing the same backup twice — or backups from different devices — merges cleanly instead of duplicating.
Full Database
A backup holds every company, price, photo and competitor note — and it leaves this device. Encrypting it means a lost laptop or forwarded email doesn't expose GEA's data. There is no way to recover a forgotten passphrase, so store it somewhere safe.
Survey Reports
On phones, files are shared through your device's native share sheet — choose “Save to Files” / “Drive” / etc. The JSON Backup includes photos, so it's a complete backup you can restore from on any device using Import above.
